IMA’s project managers serve as our most visible commitment to the smooth and successful execution of your project. Our team of professionals are responsible for overseeing overall project planning and accuracy from the pre-installation phase to final punch completion, providing personal customer interface throughout all phases of a project. Their objective is to serve as a liaison between the client, the project requirements, and the installation team.
Attends pre-installation planning meetings to determine project requirements and convey furniture capabilities
Develops work plan and project schedule and phasing based on overall project parameters and scope
Attends weekly construction meetings to ensure accurate and complete exchange of information
Manages project timelines by tracking manufacturer shipments and coordinating deliveries
Serves as key point of contact to coordinate and schedule delivery and installation and all related logistics
Conducts in field pre-punch and punch list reviews with client and manages punch list completion process
